Resource has provided planning, environmental, surveying, and civil engineering services for multiple locations for the local franchise of Little Caesar’s for CML Pizza.  Resource provided retrofitting of existing sites and a full site plan for a new location.

Plan of Development (POD) - Woodman Road Location

Resource provided professional services to prepare a Plan of Development (POD) for the Little Caesars located on Woodman Road in the County of Henrico.  The POD included drawings and computations for an employee parking lot and a drive-through lane around the existing facility.  The drawings depicted the visually apparent exterior site improvements such as the existing building, parking, drives, and walks, together with the proposed improvements based on a conceptual layout to be approved by the Client.  Any existing storm water drainage and water and sewer connections shown was based on County of Henrico records.

Professional Services - Site Plan for Parcel 3 - Ashland Junction

Resource provided for professional services to prepare a Site Plan for the parcel known as Parcel 3, Ashland junction in the Town of Ashland, Virginia (the Town).  The Site Plan included drawings and computations for a carry-out restaurant plan submittal based on a conceptual layout to be provided by the Client.  The drawings depicted parking, drives, loading area, sidewalks, drainage, and water/sewer connections in accordance with the Town’s site plan requirements.  The full scope of services included:
