Site Development - Autumn Care Assisted Living Facility

Hanover County, Virginia

Project Overview

Autumn Care hired Resource International for planning, survey, environmental and engineering services as part of a land acquisition and site development initiative. The site plan was for a 169-bed assisted living facility of about 96,750sf situated on a 15± acre parcel.

Strategy and Services

Resource worked with the Client to create a concept plan for the site.  This plan was used for the Conditional Use Permit (CUP) request to Hanover County.  Resource provided topographic, boundary and wetland delineation surveys, as well as a Phase I ESA during the Due Diligence phase.  Following the County’s approval of the CUP, Resource designed the site plans for the project.  Resource also obtained a wetland impact permit from DEQ.
