Project Overview
Gethsemane Church of Christ requested the services of Resource in preparing a site plan submission to Hanover County for their new expansion building. The site plan included drawings and computations for the new education/fellowship building and parking lot modifications.
Strategy and Services
Resource worked with the church and HuffMorris Architects to create a concept plan for the site. This plan was used for the Conditional Use Permit (CUP) Amendment approval request to Hanover County. Resource provided a Phase I ESA during the Due Diligence phase. Following the CUP approval, Resource designed the site plan for the project.
