Project Overview
Resource was hired by Carter Woods Assisted Living facility to prepare the site plans for both phases of the 100-unit building and 118 space parking lot. Desired improvements included large diameter water line extension, design of fire lines, 0.3 miles of new road construction, fire access drive, stormwater management facility, landscape and lighting plans. Resource also provided survey services for design and construction.
